With over 20 years as an immigration advocate and 18 years as a licensed attorney, Attorney Mimi Alcocer specializes in the intersection of immigration and criminal law. As the founder and managing attorney of her firm, she leads a dedicated team providing client-centered representation in family-based immigration, asylum, waivers of inadmissibility, removal defense, appeals, and naturalization.
Attorney Alcocer is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and serves on the Crimmigration Committee of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, regularly training attorneys on the immigration consequences of criminal convictions.
